Getting started with IQOS ILUMA
Get started with your new IQOS ILUMA in a few easy steps:
Charge your IQOS ILUMA before your first use (135 minutes for a full charged device).
By pressing the button at the top of your Pocket Charger for four seconds you can turn the device ON/OFF.
Take out the IQOS ILUMA holder from the charger and insert a TEREA stick in the holder.
The AutoStart is activated upon insertion of the TEREA stick. If the AutoStart is disabled, you can press the button on the Holder to start the experience. One vibration and lights pulsing slowly means it’s heating up the TEREA stick. Two vibrations and light(s) ON means it is ready for use.
With 30 sec or 2 puffs remaining you will receive another vibration.
Once done, remove the TEREA stick. TEREA sticks cannot be re-used.
One light on the holder indicates you have one experience left, charge after your second experience.
When the Holder is in the Charger there are two round lights that show the charge level of the Holder. When the lights are pulsing white - the Holder is charging. One or two solid lights on the Pocket Charger indicates how many experiences you have.

Reasons why your ILUMA device wont work
During use, the experience will stop if the TEREA stick is removed from your IQOS ILUMA ONE.
The IQOS ILUMA ONE will stop if the ambient temperature is out of range (0℃⁓40℃). If so, all lights blink twice in white and then switch off. If the ambient temperature is low, try warming the device in your hand for at least a minute
