Registration of the product is done by Fogfathers on the customers behalf which requires very basic contact information. This will activate the 12 month product warranty.

Due to the nature of the products, this warranty does not apply to consumable products such as HEETS. IQOS guarantees provide cover against faults and breakage during normal use. This means that if the product develops a fault during the guarantee period, we'll arrange for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We offer free 1st class (Royal Mail) shipping for all items above £20, we aim to please our valued customers, and this is one of the ways we achieve this. All orders placed before 3PM are dispatched on the same working day (subject to no issues arising with regards to age verification checks or any security checks that may arise), orders after 3PM will be despatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). We do not operate a deposit only system for any products on www.fogfathers.co.uk, we will only complete and despatch orders which have been paid for fully and payment has cleared.
