Dispatch & Delivery

We offer free 24 hour tracked (Royal Mail) shipping for all items above £20, we aim to please our valued customers, and this is one of the ways we achieve this. 

All orders placed before 15:00 (Mon-Fri) are dispatched on the same day (subject to no issues arising with regards to age verification checks or any additional security checks), orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). Please note that all orders sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked(Free over £20) is estimated to reach you within 1-2 working days(next working day in 90% of cases), however seasonal delays can cause delays and any escalation can only be raised after 5 working days at which point another parcel will be re-sent (according to stock levels).

We do not operate a deposit only system for any products on www.fogfathers.co.uk, we will only complete and dispatch orders which have been paid for fully and payment has cleared. The various shipping methods and their costs are as follows:
 

Fogfathers currently only caters for the UK market, however we are looking into the possibility of shipping worldwide in the near future.
