Age Verification
When e-cigarettes were first introduced to the UK in 2004, there was no legislation in place to stop anyone, of any age, buying them. Given the rapid adoption of the product, the UK government has had to play ‘catch-up’ with this popular nicotine substitute, resulting in legislation passed in October 2015. It is now illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under the age of 18 online or in stores.
When can I verify my age?
The good news is that if you have already verified yourself on our online store you won't have to do this again, you'll only need to do this once. On any subsequent visits from the same device we'll remember that you've already verified your age.
How can I verify my age?
The first time you purchase from our site you may be asked to provide proof of your age from a range of options including Electoral Roll, Driving License or Passport. You simply choose the one that is best for you.
Once your age has been verified, you will be able to complete the checkout process without any delay to your order.
You can also speak with a member of our customer service team during their opening hours, who can talk you through the age verification process via the telephone.
