Basic information in regards to the medium you have used to visit our site will be collected. They need this data to fulfil your order, supply the products to us, activate the 12-month warrantee and for data analysis purposes. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
Forward Vaping’s systems are configured so that their supplier, and ultimate manufacturer of the products (Philip Morris Limited) can use your data for direct marketing, data analysis and feedback purposes. As such, and only with your consent, Forward Vaping Limited may pass your name and email address or contact number to Philip Morris in order to do this. You are asked to provide your consent to these transfers when you purchase the products from us (but are under no obligation to do so and not doing so will not affect your purchase in any way).
