The shape of the new ILUMA i is nearly identical to its predecessor the ILUMA with its pleasing aesthetics, the oval shaped pocket charger remains sleek and compact and the holder maintains the same shape of the previous ILUMA device. 

New Features:

Touch Screen - You will immediately notice a striking touchscreen placed centrally within the holder, its cascade of LED lights allows you to check the device status & customise your vaping experience via touch. Now you can view the pre heating status, time left and number of remaining uses.

Colour Choice

The new IQOS ILUMA i is available in a range of striking colours, choose from breeze blue, terracotta, leaf green, digital violet & midnight black.

Operation of the ILUMA i is as simple as the ILUMA, the useful autostart/autostop feature means that the pre heating of your HEATCORE stick begins automatically and ceases once the stick is removed. Charging is achieved via the TYPE C cable and can you expect a full charge from a dead battery in around 135 minutes. The step by step process of using the IQOS ILUMA i is as follows:

1. When opening your ILUMA i device for the first time, charge it fully which should take around 135 minutes. You can check the battery status by tapping the button on your ILUMA i pocket charger.
2. Open your pocket charger and remove the holder, check the status of the LED's to see how many uses you have remaining.
3. Insert your TEREA/LEVIA tobacco stick into the chamber gently until the silver stop line, this will automatically initiate the heating process. You will notice a single vibration and the LED's will pulsate to indicate that the tobacco stick is heating up.
4. When you feel 2 vibrations and the LED's become solid, you are ready to begin your experience.
5. When you feel another 2 vibrations, your tobacco stick is coming to an end. The ILUMA i will automatically extend the amount of puffs if it recognises that the tobacco sticks life can be extended.
6. Once your experience is over, slowly remove the tobacco stick and dispose of it responsibly. Check to see how many consecutive uses you have left via the LED screen and use another TEREA/LEVIA if you wish otherwise place the holder back into the pocket charger.

IQOS Iluma

The 4th installment in the IQOS series of devices was the IQOS Iluma which retains the compact and aesthetic shape of the previous IQOS DUO but with a noticeable more stylistic holder. The IQOS Iluma is lightweight(147g) which whilst being slightly more that the DUO(128g) is still modest and allows it to be unnoticed when in your pocket. You can still get up to 20 uses with a full charge which can mean up to 40 TEREA stick uses due to its ability to provide consecutive uses of TEREA. 

The most prominent feature of the IQOS Iluma is its heating system which now features the heating element within the TEREA stick as opposed to housed in the holder.
