All coils are excluded from our warranty due to hygiene reasons, unless they are found to be faulty upon delivery. The customer must contact Fogfathers within 24 hours of receiving their order for the warranty to be applicable. We offer free 1st class (Royal Mail) shipping for all items above £20, we aim to please our valued customers, and this is one of the ways we achieve this.

All orders placed before 15:00 (Mon-Fri) are dispatched on the same day (subject to no issues arising with regards to age verification checks or any security checks), orders after 15:00 will be despatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Guaranteed next day delivery does NOT apply to Sundays. 
We do not operate a deposit only system for any products on www.fogfathers.co.uk, we will only complete and despatch orders which have been paid for fully and payment has cleared.
