Accessories:
All drip tips are excluded from our warranty due to hygiene reasons, unless they are found to be faulty upon delivery. All other accessories come with a 30 day warranty which covers any faults that may arise (excluding misuse and accidental damage).
Battery Chargers:
All battery chargers are covered by a 90 day warranty from the purchase date, covering all faults which are no fault of your own. All packaging must be retained for the warranty to remain intact.

We offer free 1st class (Royal Mail) shipping for all items above £20, we aim to please our valued customers, and this is one of the ways we achieve this.
All orders placed before 15:00 (Mon-Fri) are dispatched on the same day (subject to no issues arising with regards to age verification checks or any security checks), orders after 15:00 will be despatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).
