We offer free 24 hour tracked shipping via Royal Mail for all orders above £20, we aim to please our valued customers, and this is one of the ways we achieve this.

All orders placed before 15:00 (Mon-Fri) are dispatched on the same day (subject to no issues arising with regards to age verification checks or any additional security checks), orders after 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). Please note that all orders sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 are estimated to reach you the next working day in 90% of cases, however seasonal delays can cause delays and any escalation can only be raised after 5 working days at which point another parcel will be re-sent (according to stock levels).
