RETURNS AND REFUNDS

AFTER SALE CUSTOMER CARE IS ONE OF OUR PRIORITIES HERE AT FOGFATHERS. WE OFFER A RETURNS POLICY ON MOST OF OUR GOODS WHERE YOU CAN RETURN YOUR GOODS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT.

IN ORDER FOR US TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF GOODS, THE GOODS MUST BE COMPLETELY BOXED AND CONTAIN EVERYTHING THAT IT CAME WITH, THE ITEM ITSELF MUST BE UNDAMAGED FOR US TO ISSUE A REFUND. ANY DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN A REJECTION OF THE PRODUCT RETURN AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

TO ARRANGE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL ADMIN@FOGFATHERS.CO.UK WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN. IN CASE OF FAULTY ITEMS, YOU NEED TO INFORM US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS AND SEND RELEVANT PICTURES OF THE FAULT. ONCE THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON THE EMAIL.

ALL FAULTY ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND. YOU SHOULD ENSURE YOU SEND THE ITEM VIA RECORDED DELIVERY, AND FOGFATHERS WILL AIM TO REIMBURSE YOUR POSTAGE FEE UPON RECEIVING THE ITEM.

FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • CLEAROMISER
